Hey… thanks for stopping my Vegan bodybuilder site,
My name is Darren and I wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to you and answer the question you may probably be asking “who is behind the person behind this site?”
I won’t bore you with details of how healthy it is to be a Vegan or recite some hyped up statements about the lifestyle of a Vegan bodybuilder to impress you. The fact is that I’m a proud dad of 2 beautiful kids working 9 – 5 daily except on weekends and living near the beautiful beaches of Miami, Florida.
Honestly, many people have never heard of a Vegan bodybuilder. I have been a Vegan for many years and took up bodybuilding 3 years ago. It was at this time that I realised to become successful at bodybuilding and to stay a Vegan would require some changes from the normal diet of a typical bodybuilder.
And just to make my case clear, I have nothing against those bodybuilders who enjoy meat. Many of my freinds at the gym are not Vegan. And that is their choice, just as being a Vegan and a body builder is my choice.
To many, it seems impossible to be a Vegan bodybuilder but as I am trying to show on my site, it is easy enough to do with the right information.
So it was for reasons like this that I set up this web site to show others that you do not need to put your Vegan lifestyle on hold to become a bodybuilder.
I try to keep this site updated with any related and useful information I find. If you have any suggestions, I would be more than happy to hear from you.
